We have been advised by our sources within ATOC, that the collection of tickets purchased in advance, will be unavailable from ticket machines and booking offices this Saturday 6th February from 23:00 until around 05:15 Sunday 7th February.
Passengers will be unable to book or collect tickets between this time due to ATOC taking down NRS, the main ticketing database and reservations database.
PFAS advises that you collect tickets well before this time to avoid confrontations and poblems with members of staff who are unaware of this outage.
