The following are our policies in relation to this blog:

General:
Penalty Fare Appeal Support Blog is run under an ‘arms-length’ arrangement from PFAS’s main site. We are a railway related blog and publish stories of interest from our various sources across the country.

We support all TUC affiliated unions and also support railway staff that follow the rule book. We do not support staff that have acted wilfully and endangered themselves or other passengers.

Articles:
We source our stories from various industry sources, news services and our visitors.

Submission:
We welcome submissions from our visitors, and if so required we will credit them to the submitter. To submit an article please contact us.

Comments Policy:
We allow and encourage any visitor to submit a comment to our blog. However we reserve the right to edit or delete the comment as we see fit. If you do not submit a correct E-mail with your comment, it will be deleted automatically by our E-mail verification systems.
We do not accept anonymous comments. Furthermore E-mail addresses will not be published publicly, and any comment which has an E-mail address in it will be edited to remove the E-mail address.

Sources:
We do not and will not release the names of any of our sources, if ordered to by a court order we will cite case law, state journalistic privilege and still refuse to name a source. Some of our sources senior positions within the railway and central government.

Reproduction of our articles:
We will allow you additional rights in addition to our Terms and Conditions to reproduce a single paragraph extract of any article which we, PFAS, have produced. This is subject to any additional clause added to the bottom of any article. In the event of any dispute the text at the bottom of the article will take precedence.

Complaints:
If you have a complaint about this blog or any of the articles on this blog, please use either the comments system to report it (as long as you use a correct E-mail it will not be deleted) or use the main sites support system. Whatever method you use your complaint will not be published and will be used for internal review purposes only.

Deletion of articles:
This will not happen, if you do not like an article which has been published by PFAS please use our complaints route. We may at our sole choice, amend the article to your requirements. However the article must still remain similar to the original as posted. Court orders will be ignored and we will simply move the server to a place more suited for the information being shared.
