Penalty Fare Appeal Support, herin refered to as 'PFAS', only gathers personal information, such as first and last names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses, when voluntarily submitted by you. For example, personal information may be collected from you when you send in E-mails, when you submit information via our contact page, when you submit assistance with an appeal, submit a support ticket, use our Live Help system, or when you sign up to our on-line forum.
PFAS may, in its sole discrection, contact you in the future using the personal details above, to keep you informed of any promotions or information related to PFAS.

PFAS will also collect details such as your IP address and IP block owner, your browser details, your referral information, and statistics of your computer, in order to identify specific computers.
This is a standard practice which is done on most websites.
PFAS may publish your computer details in part or in whole,
in our sole discrection, on a public website without further notice, however these details will be annoymised.

PFAS will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Except as specified below, we will not sell or rent any of these details to any company.

Sharing of Personal Information

PFAS will never share your personal information. We do not sell, transfer or disclose personal information to any other company.
Companies may be engaged by PFAS to perform a variety of functions, such as, fulfilling orders, assisting with promotions, providing technical services for our web sites, etc. These companies may have access to personal information if needed to perform such functions.

However, these companies may only use such personal information for the purpose of performing that function and may not use it for any other purpose.
